"We spend a lot of time designing the bridge, but not enough time thinking about the people who are crossing it. "

Dr. Prabhjot Singh

Chair of the Department of Health System Design & Global Health, Mount Sinai

Are you facing challenges that are not easily addressed through a conventional problem-solving approach either in your professional or personal life? Do you need to stimulate innovation in your organization? Human-Centered Design (HCD) is a creative approach to problem-solving that puts the needs of the end user at the heart of the process, creating empathy, teamwork and rationality. It is a mindset that gives you the confidence to take on challenges, and a logical process.

This intensive workshop will guide you through the methodology, combining theory with hands-on practical application in small groups. By the end of the seminar you will have practiced HCD with a real challenge you are facing and will also be prepared to apply the process back to your workplace or personal life.

This approach allows for:

  • Creation of solutions that resonate deeply with your audience
  • Increased engagement and growth
  • Space for innovation, driving less conventional ideas to the forefront
  • A strong sense of collaboration and team work
  • Opportunity to get routine and valuable feedback from your audience
