Designed to cut across industries and career stages, this 4-week live virtual experience explores human behavior, communication styles, and the diverse ways people think, lead, and contribute. Using the Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) as a practical framework, you’ll gain deeper self-awareness, uncover your unique strengths, and develop valuable insight into the motivations and working styles of those around you. From personal growth to stronger teamwork, this course will transform how you navigate professional relationships and contribute to healthier, more effective environments.

Week 1: Who are you? An Introduction to MBTI
Week 2: Get Creative! Learn how to understand yourself and others with team-type tables
Week 3: My Team and I: Capitalize on team strengths to find common ground during conflict
Week 4: Bring it all together: Final Project – Team MBTI Analysis and Leadership Styles


The course will be led by David Espinoza Gamboa. David is a certified practitioner for the Myers–Briggs Type Indicator test with about 6 years of experience facilitating and interpreting MBTI results. He has facilitated sessions with the consulting firm McKinsey and Company and as an independent instructor with his own consulting firm Intendere Strengths Consulting. He is also certified in the Clifton Strengths Finder tool. In his free time, David is a Licensed Tour Guide in the city of San José and an active member of the music band Republica Fortuna.
This is a 4-week live virtual course running from September 8 to October 6, 2026, with live sessions held once a week on Tuesdays from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Eastern Time.
$650 tuition rate for the 4-week live virtual workshop. A certificate is awarded upon completion by the Centre for Executive Education at the University for Peace, established by the General Assembly of the United Nations.
