“Taking this negotiations course was a lifetime decision which I will never regret. The theoretical and practical skills I garnered within just hours have no price value.”

Do you often find yourself in or observe tense, conflict-ridden situations at work? Do you struggle to manage difficult situations with your family or friends?

Negotiations are fundamental to all human interactions and are key to sustaining peaceful and prosperous coexistence among individuals, communities and nations.  Negotiations need not be win-lose processes, or antagonistic ones.  With the proper understanding of the underlying dynamics of conflict, effective communication skills, and awareness of one’s own interests and needs and those of others, negotiations can be productive, even transformative, processes that mutually satisfy both parties’ goals.

This intensive workshop will engage participants in interactive and participatory learning around understanding conflicts, communication and negotiations skills. From conflict analysis and mapping to escalation and de-escalation dynamics, this course will delve deep into all aspects of effective conflict resolution. By the end of the day, you will have practiced negotiation strategies with real life scenarios and will also be prepared to apply the processes to your workplace or personal life.
