Payment Options

Payment to the UPEACE Centre can be made by credit card or wire transfer. We also accept PayPal payments to centre@upeace.org. Please see below for details on our cancelation policy.

Credit Card

Credit Card payment to the Centre can be made via a secure payment service. You will need your credit card, the name of the course you plan to take and the amount owed.

Please note that our system cannot accept American Express cards and sometimes corporate credit cards (We encourage you to try first and if it doesn’t work please contact us , also if it is possible send us a screenshot with the error) .

Wire Transfer

If you prefer to pay via wire transfer, please write us at centre@upeace.org or call us at +506 2205-9000.

PayPal

We can also accept payments via PayPal, made to centre@upeace.org. Just let us know if you would like us to send you a payment request!

Cancelation and Refund Policy:

Cancelation Policy – all open enrollment programs except Gross Global Happiness (detailed below):

In the case of a cancelation prior to the start of a course (online or onsite), the full amount can be applied toward any future professional development offering from the UPEACE Centre for Executive Education.

In the case of a cancelation once a course has begun, please contact us at centre@upeace.org. We offer retakes for a small fee, and can work with you to find a suitable solution.

Refund Policy – all open enrollment programs except Gross Global Happiness (detailed below):

For all refunds, the Centre will retain a $100 processing fee to cover banking and credit card fees and administration.

  • Refunds requested up to 60 days prior to the start of a course or event – a full refund will be offered minus the $100 processing fee. For the Diploma programs, the start date corresponds with the cohort start dates, offered 4 times annually.
  • Refunds requested between 30 and 59 days prior to the start of a course or event – a 50% refund will be offered on all payments of $200 or more. For payments under $200, a credit will be granted that can be applied toward any future professional development offering from the UPEACE Centre for Executive Education.
  • Refunds requested between 7 and 29 days prior to the start of a course or event – a 25% refund will be offered on all payments of $200 or more. For payments under $200, a credit will be granted that can be applied toward any future professional development offering from the UPEACE Centre for Executive Education.
  • Refunds requested within 7 days of the start of a course or event – Refunds are not available at this point. A credit will be granted that can be applied toward any future professional development offering from the UPEACE Centre for Executive Education.

Gross Global Happiness Refund & Cancellation Policy:

In the case of a cancelation, the full amount of the Summit Ticket Fee can be applied toward any future professional development offering from the UPEACE Centre for Executive Education.

Cancellation for participants with travel package:

In the case of cancelation of the package deal within 30 days of the event, please contact our team at centre@upeace.org and we will provide you the credit amount, as funds already paid toward hotels and transportation are non-transferable. The rest of the Summit Fee can be applied to any future professional development offering from the UPEACE Centre for Executive Education.
