Understand what is happening beneath the surface of disagreement.
Onsite Workshop · September 5, 2026
A practical one-day campus experience to strengthen communication, understand conflict, and negotiate with greater confidence.
Navigate Conflict With Confidence
Do you often find yourself in or observe tense, conflict-ridden situations at work? Do you struggle to manage difficult situations with your family or friends?
Negotiations are fundamental to all human interactions and are key to sustaining peaceful and prosperous coexistence among individuals, communities and nations.
With the proper understanding of the underlying dynamics of conflict, effective communication skills, and awareness of one's own interests and needs and those of others, negotiations can become productive, even transformative, processes that mutually satisfy both parties' goals.
Taking this negotiations course was a lifetime decision which I will never regret. The theoretical and practical skills I garnered within just hours have no price value.Fichanfie DJ Nkwain · Course participant and PhD student at University for Peace

Past Participants Say
The amount and quality of the knowledge and skills shared during a one-day workshop was incredible! I also liked how we were able to learn from each other, not just from the facilitator. The examples used to explain these important skills are easy to remember, and I am sure they will continue to help me throughout my life.
